tru 22 week 2 2020
Tru’s All 22
The Tru 22 is for all the ballers of the week. You must win to get in unless you came with the smoke and ya kicker choke. But here are the best of week 2 of the 2020 season
Josh Allen QB Buffalo Bills
The 3rd year QB turned in his best performance as a pro. Throwing for over 400 yards and 4 touchdown passes. This offense is looking a lot more explosive with the Allen as a big catalyst for its success thus far this season
Nick Chubb RB Cleveland Browns
Chubb is a weekly candidate due to his great balance to improve lateral quickness and great ball carrier vision. But this week he was arguably the best running back in the league. His ability to finish running plays is second to none.
Aaron Jones RB Green Bay Packers
The 2019 touchdown leader is off to another great start this year. Jones possesses tier 1 instincts, vision, and patience and it was on full display often this week against the Lions front 7, who had no answer for him.
Leonard Fornette RB Tampa Bay Buccaneers
He is the key piece to one of the most explosive offenses in the league. His ability to close games will be huge behind a line that is very good at getting movement in the running game.
Stephon Diggs WR Buffalo Bills
Buffalo is 2-0 and he is a big part of that. His rapport with QB Josh Allen is ahead of schedule and this offense has a whole new feel to it with Diggs as the number 1 wideout.
Darren Waller TE Oakland Raiders
Malcolm Jenkins is gonna have nightmares about him. What a game
Ronnie Stanley T Baltimore Ravens
He may be the best left tackle in football. He is the biggest key to key to the Ravens offense.
David Bakhtiari T Green Bay Packers
He has been excellent on pass protection these last few weeks. No sacks and no pressures.
Quentin Nelson G Indianapolis Colts
This kid is a player and I knew that from the first time I saw him at Notre Dame. He has quickly become the best guard in football.
Joel Bitonio G Cleveland Browns
Some of the best feet at the position. Very good balance and strength mixed with a nastiness that any coach would love.
JC Tretter C Cleveland Browns
Between the deuce blocks and reach blocks, he put in a solid week of work. Very underrated in the success of the running game for the Cleveland Browns.
Ndamukong Suh DL Tampa Bay Buccaneers
When he decides he wants to play, who can stop him?
Deforest Buckner DL Indianapolis Colts
He was the best player on the field. He collapsed the pocket and got sacks to finish the plays as well. Colts were not going to get a guy like him at 13 in the draft.
TJ Watt Edge Pittsburgh Steelers
He is the best player on one of the 2-3 best defensive units in the league. His dominance from week to week makes him a candidate every week.
Micah Kiser LB Los Angeles Rams
What he lacks in skill he makes up for mentally. He is a very smart player. Dominating week against the Eagles.
Devin White LB Tampa Bay Buccaneers
He may be the most explosive linebacker in football. He is very good at diagnosing what he sees and getting there. Great guy in the middle of that Bucs defense.
Darius Leonard LB Indianapolis Colts
Leonard was all over the field this week, so was his wedding ring. He is showing some improvements in pass coverage this season so far.
Xavier Rhodes CB Indianapolis Colts
The stat line will show all zeros… however he made life hard at the line of scrimmage for everybody that lined up in front of him. Great win against his former team.
Kenny Moore CB Indianapolis Colts
Moore did an exceptional job this week against the Vikings receivers. Thielen and company were uncomfortable all game as the Viking offense was only able to score 11 points in a game that never felt out of reach.
Jamal Adams S Seattle Seahawks
The most skilled and dominant safety in football. PERIOD.
Antoine Winfield Jr S Tampa Bay Buccaneers
The rookie was all over the field Sunday. His versatility in the back-end of that defense makes it one the better secondaries in football.
Kenny Vaccaro S Tennessee Titans
A very good player that is an excellent chess piece in that Titans secondary.
