Tru 22 Week 17

Tru’s All 22
Week 17
The main goal of the Tru 22 is the best 22 players at each respective position. The only stipulation is you must ball and you cannot fall. And if you fall YOU BETTER (schef voice) go down like a member of the 300 Spartans LOL. So here are the 22 Tru Ballers for week 17:
Offense
QB Ryan Fitzpatrick Miami Dolphins
Fitzpatrick finished the season with a bang. He made some very good throws and showed impeccable timing and trust with wideout DeVante Parker.
Game winning drive to end the season on a high note
RB Joe Mixon Cincinnati Bengals
The offensive line getting healthy helped him but Mixon is finally getting the touches he deserves.
He showcases every trait you look for in an elite running back to go with being a very natural receiver out of the backfield.
RB Derrick Henry Tennessee Titans
211 yards later we get the 2019 rushing champion.
Dominance is the word that comes to mind
WR AJ Brown Tennessee Titans
The rookie wideout closed out the season on a tear and is the perfect compliment to Corey Davis. The sky is the limit for this young man, be on the lookout for him in the 22 consistently next season
WR Devonte Parker Miami Dolphins
He has been a disappointment to this point but this year he showed he has the ability to be a number 1 receiver.
Best trait is his ability to high point the ball.
WR Deebo Samuels San Francisco 49ers
He was one of my favorite players coming out of the 2019 draft class. He is extremely explosive and very good after the catch.
Elite ball carrier vision better than some running backs… Saquon Barkley *cough
T Cameron Fleming Dallas Cowboys
Good job filling in for Tyron Smith this week.
T Jack Conklin Tennessee Titans
Underrated in pass protection and very agile.
G Zac Martin Dallas Cowboys
We can just nickname him the truck. Cuz he runs over and through people.
G Roger Saffold Tennessee Titans
It is not surprising that his addition this season sparked an even stronger rushing attack than last year. One of the most underrated signings of the off-season.
C Ben Jones Tennessee Titans
The anchor of the best run blocking unit in the NFL
Defense
Edge Carlos Dunlap Cincinnati Bengals
Dunlap hit Greg Robinson with a spin move in this game that should be illegal in all 50 states.
He was relentless off the edge and a big catalyst for a huge sack day for the bengals defense
Edge Carl Lawson Cincinnati Bengals
Lawson gives the bengals front a lot of versatility. He stands up and plays linebacker and can rush the passer as well. He recorded 2.5 sacks this week along with a few other pressures. He also dropped a pick in the red zone.
Staple on this unit that looks to dominate next season
Edge Calais Campbell Jacksonville
Jaguars
Campbell is always around the ball and has made a great career of being disruptive. The veteran lineman showed some hustle as he ran down a play and was able to pick up a fumble and score with it.
Also was the first man to penetrate on a goal line stop for the jags defense
Edge Sam Hubbard Cincinnati Bengals
Part of a front that gave the cleveland Browns a fit on Sunday. Did a good job of shooting gaps and being disruptive in both the run game and the passing game.
LB Blake Martinez Green Bay Packers
Part of a front that gave the Cleveland Browns a fit on Sunday. Did a good job of shooting gaps and being disruptive in both the run game and the passing game. underneath the route and watching the quarterback's eyes.
LB AJ Klein New Orleans Saints
The best part of his interceptions is he simply did his assignment and caught Will Grier staring down his target. He was around the ball all afternoon as the Saints defense smothered the Panthers on defense.
LB James Burgess New York Jets
The interception he made showed that he has the ability to read a qbs eyes and react, but his athletic ability helped him get to the spot for the pick. Burgess is a player who fits today's NFL because of his sneaky quickness and speed.
CB Eric Rowe Miami Dolphins
To get a pick six against your former team is great, but when the QB is Tom Brady it makes it even more sweet.
S Tyrann Mathieu Kansas City
I love the way he has stabilized this chiefs secondary with his play and knowledge of the game. He gives them such versatility on the back end that it has helped others around him feel more comfortable in their roles and play better.
S Kevin Byard Tennessee Titans
Byard is one of the games best single high safeties in the NFL. He is great at keeping things in front of him and you rarely catch him out of place. The glue to a solid unit
S Malcolm Jenkins Philadelphia Eagles
The best part of the Eagles secondary is you get to watch him do everything every week. As long as you have him on the field you can take something away from the offense.
The ultimate chess piece
