Tru 22 Week 16

Tru’s All 22

Week 16

The main goal of the Tru 22 is the best 22 players at each respective position. The only stipulation is you must ball and you cannot fall. And if you fall YOU BETTER (schef voice) go down like a member of the 300 Spartans LOL. So here are the 22 Tru Ballers for week 16….

Offense

QB Tom Brady New England Patriots

  • The Goat just turned in another signature performance. Lack of experienced playmakers no problem.

QB Carson Wentz Philadelphia Eagles

  • We here at Views call him goat jr and my goodness does he live up to the name. The lack of playmakers has him reading the field and making all the right throws. Only one other QB in the league is doing this and he is the goat.

RB Kenyon Drake Arizona Cardinals

  • Since taking over the backfield after his arrival he has shown he is a complete running back. Drake not only shows great balance and always falls forward, he also possesses the speed to go the distance.

RB Saquon Barkley New York Giants

  • Barkley showed off the full arsenal of skills this week. He caught the ball out of the backfield and was also able to make a few big plays in the running game. One of the most explosive players in football.

WR Michael Thomas New Orleans Saints

  • He should be in the MVP conversation as a receiver. Thomas has turned-in one of the best seasons from the wide receiver position in league history. NFL record 145 catches this season.

WR Julio Jones Atlanta Falcons

  • Jones is playing at an extremely high level and the falcons offense is clicking. Still arguably the best receiver in the league.

T Ronnie Stanley Baltimore Ravens

  • Domination!!!! No Myles Garrett no pressure no contest.

T Ryan Ramczyk New Orleans Saints

  • You can argue that he is the best offensive lineman on the Saints team. He consistently stands up potential pass rushers and moves bodies in the running game.

G Quentin Nelson Indianapolis Colts

  • The best young guard in the league. He is not only strong at the point of attack but he also displays great awareness in picking up blocks whether it is his assignment or not. When he is on the field he seems to elevate the play of those around him.

G Will Hernandez New York Giants

  • He looks like the best player on this line. He is agile yet has the ability to move people consistently. He did a solid job this week in both the run game and pass protection.

G Bradley Bozeman Baltimore Ravens

  • Part of the best left side in the league. Just another day blocking for the most devastating run game in the league

Defense

Edge Chandler Jones Arizona Cardinals

  • This week he dominated whoever the seahawks put in front of him. 4 sacks and 2 forced fumbles this week. Possible that he may have exposed a serious flaw for arguably the best team in the NFL.

Edge Za'Darius Smith Green Bay Packers

  • Wherever he lined up he got pressure. He won with power, speed, and quickness and wrecked so much havoc. He was a huge part in the Packers generating pressure with 3 players. 3 and a half sacks and he lived in the Vikings backfield all night.

Edge Von Miller Denver Broncos

  • Although he didn't register a sack, he put a lot of pressure on the Lions right tackle. His speed rush made Blough step up into a sack and his bull rush is still one of the best in the league.

DT Dre'mont Jones Denver Broncos

  • The rookie made some solid plays this week registering 2 and a half sacks. He looks to be a guy who can play all over the line and is an excellent compliment to Von Miller.

LB Fred Warner San Francisco 49ers

  • The injury to Kwon Alexander has given Warner the spotlight in the middle of the most talented defense in football. Not only has he played well but he has shown that he is exceptional in pass coverage and has a nose for the football. His pick six was a game changer this week in a tough division matchup against the Rams.

LB Anthony Walker Indianapolis Colts

  • The middle linebacker showcased his full skill set this week. He made numerous stops in the running game to go along with a sack and a great interception.

LB Demario Davis New Orleans Saints

  • He made open field tackles all over the field against the Titans. He also got excellent pressure any time he blitzed and even registered a sack this week.

CB Stephon Gilmore New England Patriots

  • Best corner in the world. Enough said

CB Pierre Desir Indianapolis Colts

  • Desir played very well this week collecting two impressive interceptions. One he did a great job of tracking the ball and making a play while on the other he simply tracked the ball and took it from the receiver. Shows some promise for this young and steadily improving colts defense.

S Marcus Maye New York Jets

  • Maye is a very good compliment to Jamal Adams. He showed great range on his interception of Hodges in the end-zone and also had a key pass break up late in the game against James Washington to help seal this big victory over the Steelers.

S Malcolm Jenkins Philadelphia Eagles

  • The glue to the Eagles secondary and the one guy you can depend on in coverage. He broke up passes in coverage and made a lot of big tackles throughout the game.
