Tru 22 Week 14
The main goal of the Tru 22 is the best 22 players at each respective position. The only stipulation is you must ball and you cannot fall. And if you fall YOU BETTER (Schef voice) go down like a member of the 300 Spartans LOL. So here are the 22 Tru Ballers for week 14:
Offense
QB Ryan Tannehill Tennessee Titans
The fact that since he has taken the starting spot and they are rolling is good enough. But did you see that tackle on that deflected ball that was intercepted??? The water boy would be proud.
RB Aaron Jones Green Bay Packers
He is the catalyst for a balanced attack for the Pack-men. When he is getting touches and bootleg 12 is clicking they are one of the toughest offenses to stop in the league.
RB Nick Chubb Cleveland Browns
I'm just gonna say he is still being under used!!! The damage he did on limit touches this week is just a normal day at the office for Mr Chu Chu Train.
RB Derrick Henry Tennessee Titans
Best power runner in the league this year, its funny what having a threat under center does for him.
WR Emmanuel Sanders San Francisco 49ers
He is a part of the 7/11 crew for a reason. This man is always open. Big week in a huge game.
WR AJ Brown Tennessee Titans
The rookie slot receiver is doing an exceptional job of running routes and creating yards after catch. Its fun to watch him as he grows in this Titans offense.
T Ronnie Stanley Baltimore Ravens
The most physical left tackle in the league and he continues to move people for the mvp front runner.
T Jack Conklin Tennessee Titans
The young tackle is apart of one of the best power running games in the league. He is becoming a premier tackle in the NFL.
G Bradley Bozeman Baltimore Ravens
The best left side in the game is this guy and Ronnie Stanley. I love how he always keeps good balance and helps establish the line if scrimmage 2 yards down the field for the best run game in the league.
G Joel Bintonio Cleveland Browns
He would be on the list more if he played for a better team. He excels in space and very good at the point of attack. Nick Chubb's best friend.
C Ben Jones Tennessee Titans
Big man paving the way for another big man on a team nobody is gonna wanna play come January.
Defense
Edge Danielle Hunter Minnesota Vikings
Hunter is one of the most physically gifted ends in the league. He showed that this week in a variety of ways on his way to 3 sacks.
Edge Takkarist Mckinley Atlanta Falcons
The young pass rusher shows good leverage and very good natural bend. When he is getting pressure and causing havoc the Falcons front looks very potent.
Edge Vic Beasley Atlanta Falcons
He has been a bit of a disappointment but he looked like the former first round pick in this one. Beasley has elite explosiveness, he just needs a few more moves to get to the next level as an edge rusher.
Edge Joey Bosa Los Angeles Chargers
He has been a technician since entering the league. When the Chargers front is clicking he is the engine that drives this very talented group.
LB Samson Ebukam Los Angeles Rams
Replacing Mark Barron I thought would be tough but as the season has progressed so has Ebukam. He turned in his best game as a pro last week and I hope he builds on it. The talent is there and the sky is the limit
CB Denzel Ward Cleveland Browns
The 2nd year corner has struggled this year after a standout rookie campaign. But the best part about Ward is he doesn't get beat and hang his head he gets right back after it. Better week for him and even better the Browns won
CB Kareem Jackson Denver Broncos
You know how good it must feel to high step on your former team for a td?? And get the win convincingly??? Dream day for Kareem Jackson.
CB Joe Haden Pittsburgh Steelers
Since his arrival he has been a stabilizing force at the corner spot for this Steelers defense. He is always in the right place at the right time and always making plays.
S Earl Thomas Baltimore Ravens
If Ed Reed had a son, you looking at him
S Damontae Kazee Atlanta Falcons
He is a big part of why the falcons have been able to turn some wins in late this season. The uber athletic safety made plays Sunday for a falcons defense that has struggled and dealt with key injuries all season.
S Adrian Amos Green Bay Packers
The Packers secondary looks better while the Bears secondary looks worse. I wonder if he was a bigger part of that bears secondary than we thought.
