MIDNIGHT VIEWS WEEK 3

Statement wins is the theme of the day. Week 3 we can finally say "football is back." Nothing is predictable about the NFL, except for the New York Jets. Lets review:

  • Chargers@Chiefs: 30-24. Statement win #1. Justin Herbert is gonna be a thorn in the Patrick Mahomes legacy

  • Bears@Browns: 26-6. Bears were completely obliterated in the trenches on Sunday.

  • Colts@Titans: 25-16. The Colts have no reaso

  • Falcons@Giants: 17-14. Poorly played football. Somebody had to win.

  • Saints@Patriots: 28-13. To Jameis, or not to Jameis?

  • Bengals@Steelers: 24-10. Statement win #2. Joe Burrow has arrived, and he's got Jamar Chase, Joe Mixon, and a fun defense with him.

  • Ravens@Lions: 19-17. Justin Tucker will get more votes for MVP than Russel Wilson. The Kicker set a NFL record 66 yard field goal as time expired to clinch the game for the Ravens.

  • Cardinals@Jaguars: 31-19. This turned into a fun game, and for a brief period was brewing to be an upset special, Cardinals in the end the far better team.

  • FC Washington@Bills: 43-21 Give Washington a lot of credit for the way they competed, but this game was never in doubt for the Bills.

  • Jets@Broncos: 26-0. The Jets lol; Meawhile Denver is no fluke, and emerging as the dark horse in the AFC.

  • Dolphins@Raiders: 31-28. The Raiders are the most fraudulent 3-0 team in the history of 3-0 teams, screenshot it.

  • Buccaneers@Rams: 34-24. Statement win #3, and the biggest of the day. The Rams are up to the hype, Matthew Stafford is up for the challenge, this is fun. Great team win for the Rams; As far as the Bucs are concerned, guess they aren't going 17-0, oh well.

  • Seahawks@Vikings: 30-17. This is not a good early game for Seattle to drop. They are playing in too tough a division to lose games to Minnesota.

  • Packers@49ers: 30-28. Packers barely won this game, and to tell you the truth nothing has impressed me with this Packers squad so far
